About Me

I'm a travelling, full-time mum of two precocious little boys. I very recently resigned from what was, by all accounts, my dream job as an early years teacher in a value driven and service oriented, incredible international school in Singapore.

I love teaching and working in a community of passionate educators and global families.

Why stop then?

​

I have 2 loves...teaching and my family. I needed to make a decision, it broke my heart to leave my 3 month old at home with a stranger to raise him, while I spent my days (and some nights) committed to raising other children.

 

Eventually, my husband woke me up to how this was not how we agreed to raise a family. How even he felt he didn't know our children anymore. A change needed to be made. In order to make this change we needed to live more simply (and far more cheaply) and so we moved from one of the most incredible cities in the world to find each other and our happiness.
